Class Catalog
Two tracks — a one-day online crash course held monthly, and a five-day practitioner intensive held twice a year. In-person cohorts are capped at eighteen students, every module is practiced live, and every module returns to the same question: what is this person actually experiencing?
Students must be aged 18 or older. Lunch and parking are included for in-person training. Attendees arrange and pay for lodging. Tax is included; payment is in full with no deposit.

James Calvin is the President, founder, and lead instructor of the Institute of Behavioral Profiling & Hypnosis, established in 2026. His education includes certification through Mike Mandel Training Academy and certified face reading with David Snyder. At IBPH, he brings these foundations together with the Enneagram and practical change-work methods, emphasizing positive intent, transparency, and a warm practitioner–client relationship.

Practitioner Intensive
9 AM–5 PM Pacific Time (PT)
A five-day immersion covering Face Reading, Enneagram Personality Typing, NLP, Eriksonian-style learning, Crisis Intervention, Change Management, supporting clients' Golden Path of growth and self-actualization, and practicing individualized hypnotic communication — practiced live with close supervision.
