Hypnotherapy for Anger Management

Hypnotherapy for anger — getting to the feeling underneath and lengthening the fuse.

How We See It

Anger is fast and it is almost always second. Underneath it, within a fraction of a second, is usually humiliation, fear, or helplessness — and the anger arrives to cover it.

We work on both ends: the underlying feeling, and the physical gap between trigger and reaction where choice lives.

What People Usually Describe

  • It goes from nothing to full volume with nothing in between
  • You are calm with strangers and not at home
  • Afterwards you cannot fully account for it
  • People have started managing you

How We Make the Change

Arrow Technique

A direct, layer-by-layer descent from the surface complaint to the original decision underneath it.

We trace an actual incident down to the feeling that preceded the anger by half a second.

Anchoring

Attaching a calm, resourceful state to a physical cue you can use in the moment you need it.

A physical interrupt is conditioned into the earliest body signal, before escalation.

Parts Negotiation

Sitting down with the part of you that wants the change and the part that keeps protecting the old behavior, and getting them to agree on terms.

The protective part that uses anger is given a way to protect you that costs less.

Future Pacing

Rehearsing the new response in the exact situations where the old one used to run.

The specific recurring flashpoints are rehearsed with the new response.

Common Questions

Will I lose my edge?

No. Most clients keep the force and get the timing back.

Does this satisfy a court requirement?

No — those require a certified program.
