Modeling
Identifying how someone who already does this well does it, and installing that structure in you.
The internal structure of easy performance — where attention goes and in what order — is installed and rehearsed.
Hypnotherapy for performance anxiety — sport, music, exams, work and the bedroom.
Performance anxiety is caused by attention turning inward at the moment it needs to be outward. The monitoring itself produces the failure, and the failure confirms the need to monitor.
We move attention back where it belongs and install the state that people who perform well are actually in.
