Parts Therapy
A structured conversation in trance with the specific part of you that carries the symptom, so it can update what it is doing.
The part that binges is heard rather than fought, and its job is renegotiated.
Adjunctive hypnotherapy for binge eating — interrupting the restrict-and-binge cycle.
Binge episodes are typically the second half of a cycle whose first half is restriction, whether physical or mental. Deprivation predicts the binge as reliably as any emotion does.
We work on both halves: the rules that create the pressure, and the release that follows them.

Changing the meaning attached to an event or urge so the same facts stop producing the same reaction.
The all-or-nothing rule that starts the cycle is dismantled.
Revisiting the moment a pattern was installed and giving that younger self what was missing then.
Where the pattern began — often in a family's relationship with food — is resolved.
We ask that you have one, and we will coordinate with it.
No. The goal is the end of the cycle.
Sessions are held online over Zoom, run 45–90 minutes, and are billed at a flat $200. Your first session includes an additional 30-minute intake interview at no charge.
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health treatment. IBPH practitioners do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication, and we work alongside your care team.
