Hypnotherapy for Anxiety

Online hypnotherapy for anxiety — teaching the body that the threat has passed.

How We See It

Anxiety is a body running a threat response with no threat present. Reasoning with it rarely works, because the argument is happening in language and the alarm is not.

Hypnosis works at the level the alarm actually uses. We settle the physiology first, then find and update whatever keeps re-arming it.

What People Usually Describe

  • The body is braced before you know what about
  • Sleep goes first
  • You manage well and are exhausted by managing
  • Reassurance helps for minutes

How We Make the Change

Anchoring

Attaching a calm, resourceful state to a physical cue you can use in the moment you need it.

You leave the first session with a physical route back to calm that works in under a minute.

Parts Therapy

A structured conversation in trance with the specific part of you that carries the symptom, so it can update what it is doing.

The vigilant part is thanked, dated, and shown that its information is out of date.

Arrow Technique

A direct, layer-by-layer descent from the surface complaint to the original decision underneath it.

We follow the worry down to the specific outcome it is defending against.

Future Pacing

Rehearsing the new response in the exact situations where the old one used to run.

The situations that used to spike you are rehearsed with the settled response installed.

Common Questions

Will I be aware the whole time?

Yes. Hypnosis is a focused, aware state and you remain in control throughout.

How quickly do people feel a change?

Many notice a difference in physical baseline after the first session.
