Safety and resource states are built and tested before any trauma material is approached.
Trauma-informed, adjunctive hypnotherapy support for post-traumatic stress.
In post-traumatic stress the event is stored as if it is still happening. The body responds to present cues with a past emergency, and no amount of knowing it is over changes that on its own.
Our practitioners work slowly, with consent at every step, and always alongside licensed care. Nothing is re-lived for its own sake and you remain in control of the pace.
