Revisiting the moment a pattern was installed and giving that younger self what was missing then.
The originating event is revisited safely and stored without its charge.
Hypnotherapy for phobias — flying, needles, heights, dogs, driving, enclosed spaces.
A phobia is a single learned association, often installed in one moment, that the body has been faithfully reproducing ever since. Because the structure is simple, phobias are among the most responsive things hypnosis addresses.
We locate the installing moment, drain the charge from it, and rehearse the new response until the body has a different default.

Attaching a calm, resourceful state to a physical cue you can use in the moment you need it.
A calm state is conditioned and then tested against the trigger.
Rehearsing the new response in the exact situations where the old one used to run.
The flight, the appointment or the drive is rehearsed start to finish with the new response.
Often one to three for a single specific phobia.
Never without your consent, and never at a pace you have not set.
Sessions are held online over Zoom, run 45–90 minutes, and are billed at a flat $200. Your first session includes an additional 30-minute intake interview at no charge.
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health treatment. IBPH practitioners do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication, and we work alongside your care team.
