Parts Therapy
A structured conversation in trance with the specific part of you that carries the symptom, so it can update what it is doing.
The parts formed in that environment are met one at a time and updated, not overridden.
Adjunctive hypnotherapy for complex trauma — slow, consent-led, relationship-first work.
Complex trauma comes from what went on for years rather than from one event: the adaptations, the vigilance, the sense that closeness is dangerous and that your needs are a burden.
This work is slower than single-incident work by design. The therapeutic alliance is the intervention as much as any technique is.

Revisiting the moment a pattern was installed and giving that younger self what was missing then.
Formative events are resolved in an order you and the practitioner choose together.
Changing the meaning attached to an event or urge so the same facts stop producing the same reaction.
Conclusions drawn as a child about your worth are examined against adult evidence.
Lining the desired change up with what you already care about most, so willpower stops being the fuel.
Boundaries are rebuilt from your values rather than from other people's reactions.
Longer than most work here — months, in a package rather than a single session.
Always. You set the pace throughout.
Sessions are held online over Zoom, run 45–90 minutes, and are billed at a flat $200. Your first session includes an additional 30-minute intake interview at no charge.
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health treatment. IBPH practitioners do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication, and we work alongside your care team.
