Timeline Therapy
Revisiting the moment a pattern was installed and giving that younger self what was missing then.
The image that keeps replaying is worked with so the whole person can be remembered again.
Hypnotherapy for grief — support for loss that has become stuck rather than moving.
Grief is not a problem to be solved and we will not try to shorten yours. Sometimes, though, grief stops moving: it locks around a last image, an unsaid thing, or a belief that letting the pain ease would be a betrayal.
That is where this work helps — with what is stuck, not with the love underneath it.

A structured conversation in trance with the specific part of you that carries the symptom, so it can update what it is doing.
The part that holds pain as proof of love is heard and offered another way to keep faith.
Changing the meaning attached to an event or urge so the same facts stop producing the same reaction.
Continuing your life is separated from leaving them behind.
No. Clients usually report remembering more of the person and less of the ending.
There is no schedule. If you want support, that is reason enough.
Sessions are held online over Zoom, run 45–90 minutes, and are billed at a flat $200. Your first session includes an additional 30-minute intake interview at no charge.
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health treatment. IBPH practitioners do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication, and we work alongside your care team.
