Parts Negotiation
Sitting down with the part of you that wants the change and the part that keeps protecting the old behavior, and getting them to agree on terms.
The part enforcing the sentence is asked what would actually constitute repair.
Hypnotherapy for remorse and guilt that will not resolve — accountability without endless punishment.
Remorse that persists for years is usually doing a job: as long as you keep paying, some part of you believes the debt is being honored. But the punishment does not repair anything, and it costs the people around you now.
We work toward genuine accountability — repair where it is possible, and an end to the sentence where it is not.

Changing the meaning attached to an event or urge so the same facts stop producing the same reaction.
Accountability and self-punishment are separated, which most people have never done.
Revisiting the moment a pattern was installed and giving that younger self what was missing then.
The moment is revisited with the information and capacity you have now.
Lining the desired change up with what you already care about most, so willpower stops being the fuel.
Living according to your values becomes the repayment rather than suffering.
No. It is finishing what suffering never finishes.
That is common, and we work with it directly.
Sessions are held online over Zoom, run 45–90 minutes, and are billed at a flat $200. Your first session includes an additional 30-minute intake interview at no charge.
Hypnotherapy is not a substitute for licensed medical or mental health treatment. IBPH practitioners do not diagnose conditions or prescribe medication, and we work alongside your care team.
