Hypnotherapy for Electronics Addiction

Hypnotherapy for compulsive phone, gaming and screen use — getting your attention back.

How We See It

Screens are engineered to interrupt. Over time the interruption becomes internal: you reach for the phone in the pause before a thought completes, and the ability to sit inside an unfinished moment quietly erodes.

We rebuild tolerance for the pause, then attach your attention to what you actually want it spent on.

What People Usually Describe

  • You pick up the phone with no intention and put it down 40 minutes later
  • Boredom now feels physically uncomfortable
  • Sleep is being eaten by one more episode, level, or scroll
  • You have deleted apps and reinstalled them within days

How We Make the Change

Parts Therapy

A structured conversation in trance with the specific part of you that carries the symptom, so it can update what it is doing.

The part that reaches for stimulation is asked what it is avoiding, and given something better to do.

Values Alignment

Lining the desired change up with what you already care about most, so willpower stops being the fuel.

Attention is reconnected to the projects and people that make the day feel like yours.

Anchoring

Attaching a calm, resourceful state to a physical cue you can use in the moment you need it.

The pause itself is anchored as a pleasant state rather than a gap to be filled.

Modeling

Identifying how someone who already does this well does it, and installing that structure in you.

We install the structure people with easy focus actually use — how they start, and what they do at the first dip.

Common Questions

Is this an actual addiction?

The label matters less than the pattern. If it runs without your consent and costs you things you care about, it is workable.

Do I have to give up gaming?

Not unless you want to. Most clients want it back under their control, not gone.
